Role: Joiner
Contract Type: 2-year fixed term contract
Working Hours: 37 hours per week - Flexible and agile working (by agreement) to cover the service 24 hours per day and 7 days a week
Worker Type: Off-site worker
Salary: Grade G - £35,235 - £37,938 per annum

As an experienced Joiner, you will contribute to providing quality rented housing, achieving high tenant satisfaction, and maintaining good landlord-tenant relationships while ensuring health and safety standards.
You will be responsible for joinery or carpentry items, including but not limited to roof structures, staircases, walkways, balustrades, banisters, skirtings, architraves, handrails, flooring, kitchen units, worktops, aqua boarding, glazing, fencing, and gates, where NCC Housing is responsible. Your role includes maintaining the structure of properties, ensuring their appearance, stability, and shape, and providing protection from the climate.
You may also need to undertake related tasks such as bricklaying or plaster patching to facilitate repairs in a single visit.
