Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited are representing a leading Social Housing contractor recruiting an experienced Joiner for a social housing contract in Manchester on void properties. The role covers repairs, maintenance and joinery tasks across multiple void properties within Manchester.

You will work core hours 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri, with overtime paid at enhanced rates and an optional call-out rota. Weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds/NVQ required.
• Joinery experience essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.

• Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
