First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic specialist restoration business who are looking to recruit a Joiner on a permanent basis due to growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of carpentry and joinery, such as fitting doors, windows, stairs, cabinets etc on historic and heritage buildings.
• Travel to multiple sites across the North of the UK (predominantly from Manchester to Leeds)
• Creating daily records and updating BMS (business management system)
• Ordering of materials
• Ensuring project follow programme and stay within budget
• Assist project/contract manager with long term planning
• Ensure strict health and safety procedures are adhered to
• May be required to assist in other areas if skills allow and are required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 within Joinery/Carpentry
• Experience within a similar position for 3+ years
• Full UK Drivers Licence with a maximum of 6 points

Location: Manchester and surrounding counties
Salary: £42,900
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm with overtime available on a Saturday
