Experienced Multi-Trade Joiner / Maintenance Operative Wanted

Are you a skilled Multi-Trade professional looking for a fantastic opportunity in South East London? We're seeking an experienced General Multi-Trade / Maintenance Operative to join our dedicated Repairs Team.

This is a static role based in Southwark. You do not need to drive for this role; however, the location is tricky to access via public transport, so ideally, you will live close to or in the Southwark area.

The Role

1. Join our Voids Team, where you'll carry out a variety of tasks including:
2. Minor Joinery work
3. Door, Frame, and Lock repairs
4. Handrail adaptations and 2nd Fix Carpentry
5. Cupboard repairs and general 'make good' jobs

What We Offer

• Competitive pay - £22.52/hr LTD or £19.20/hr PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
• Full-time role - 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm)
• Company Van Provided
