Location: Inverurie Repair Depot, Harlaw Road, AB51 4TE

Salary: £0 - £32,435 per year

Contract Type: Permanent

Position Type: Full Time

Hours: 37 hours per week

Job Description

Carry out maintenance, repair, and improvement work on properties owned by the council and external agencies, in accordance with contract and/or service level agreements.

Demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the service and the organization.

This position involves regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The successful candidate will need to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. If you have spent 3 or more months outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of these checks.

A minimum of one reference from your current or most recent employer is required.
