Multi-Skilled Joiner required to work in Grantham in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations.

The Client

Our client is an award-winning sub-contractor who specializes in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.

The Role

Main duties include plaster-patching, silicone joints, and fencing.

The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is short-term but could be extended.

• Street Parking
• Work with a reputable social housing contractor who works on various schemes in the Yorkshire and Midlands region
• Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Multi-skilled Joiner
• Social housing experience
• Own tools
• Own transport
• You must be able to provide 2 x checkable references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
