Job Purpose

• To undertake joinery repairs, maintenance, renovations, and installations, as well as support other trade staff in completing repairs, maintenance, and building operations for properties managed by Derby Homes.
  

Key Duties/Accountabilities

• Undertake joinery repairs, maintenance, and renovations in housing stock, schools, and public buildings
  
• Carry out new joinery installations (1st and 2nd fix)
  
• Interpret detailed design drawings and specifications
  
• Resolve minor technical difficulties on site using own initiative
  
• Maintain vehicle stock levels for efficient service
  
• Work within an appointment system and liaise with customers
  
• Submit all job-related worksheets and documents within required timescales
