Qualifications

• Expérience prouvée en menuiserie, y compris construction, installation et réparation.
• Titulaire d'une carte CSR valide.
• Permis de conduire britannique valide.

Job description

Equans are looking for a Joiner to join our team in Belfast on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working in partnership with Northern Ireland Housing Executive. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

• Construct and install wooden frameworks, including walls, floors, and door frames.
• Fit and repair wooden structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, and skirting boards.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand and power tools.
• Assemble furniture, cabinets, and other wooden items as required.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair work on existing wooden structures.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Perform any other reasonable management requests.

Who are we looking for?

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent.
• Valid CSR card.
• Proven experience in joinery, including construction, installation, and repair work.
• Full UK driving license.
