About the Role:As the SENCo, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every child with special educational needs receives the support they need to thrive. You will lead the development of individualized learning plans, working closely with teachers, parents, external agencies, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the development and delivery of personalized learning plans for students with SEN.
