Basic Qualifications:
Around 3+ years of experience in a field sales role, selling SaaS/Cloud solutions (ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, Analytics) to C-suite leaders.
A strong background in negotiating deals effectively with various C-Suite executives.
Demonstrated ability in developing and executing targeted lead generation strategies within a territory.
Other Desirable Attributes:
A proven ability to excel in fast-paced sales cycles, including a knack for prospecting.
Insight into the competitive dynamics of the enterprise software market, using this knowledge to position Workday effectively.
A collaborative mindset, with experience partnering internally to develop account strategies.
