Your Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brands, offering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. You will represent the values of our prestigious Maisons and drive success in our boutiques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service skills
  • Act as a role model, constantly nurture relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships.
  • Network to create sales opportunities
  • Follow internal procedures and corporate guidelines related to daily operations
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to team success through effective collaboration
