Boost your interview chances
An established industry player is inviting individuals to join their RPP Talent Pool for future opportunities with the British Army. This initiative aims to attract and select officers and soldiers, ensuring the best candidates contribute to national security and defense. With roles available in various capacities, including recruiters and assessors, the collaborative environment offers flexibility between office and hybrid work settings. As a Disability Confident employer, the organization is dedicated to fostering an inclusive recruitment process, making this an exciting opportunity for those passionate about serving their country.
We’re proud to work alongside the Army to attract, source and select officers and soldiers for the British Army (Regular & Reserve) as part of the Recruiting Partnership Project (RPP).
It’s only by working closely together that we’re able to get the best candidates into the Army to strengthen our nation’s security and defence. Whether you’re working full-time or part-time, stationed in an office, immersed in the dynamic environment of a military barracks, or contributing from the comfort of your home, you’ll experience a truly collaborative environment that drives us forward.
