We are seeking talented Project Controls professionals — from Planners to Project Controls Managers and Associate Directors — to deliver some of the nation’s most complex and high-impact capital programmes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in planning and controls software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, cost/risk tools)
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and earned value management (EVM) skills
  • A collaborative, detail-oriented approach with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • For senior roles: the ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and shape programme strategy
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., APM, PMI, Risk/Controls certifications)

What You’ll Get in Return:

  • Car allowance (up to £5,200 for senior roles)
  • 25 days’ holiday, increasing to 27 after 5 years (plus options to buy additional days)
  • Private medical cover
  • 5% employer pension contribution
  • £400 annual healthy living subsidy
  • Interest-free season ticket loan
  • Paid professional subscriptions
  • Flexible and inclusive working culture
  • Global career mobility and structured career progression
