Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward, regardless of who they are or what their problem is.

We are seeking an experienced senior management professional to join our Board of Trustees and support our mission as a charity. We value diverse experiences; what matters most is a fresh perspective and dedication to our cause. This role provides a unique opportunity to bring your insights to our Board, adding significant value to our work.

The ideal candidate would demonstrate sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach. Candidates with lived experience of the Citizens Advice service or intersectional challenges faced by marginalized communities are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of governance and strategic planning in complex organizations is highly desirable.
