We’re looking for an elite VP of Sales to build and scale our revenue engine. This isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about architecting a high-velocity sales machine that consistently wins. We are not looking for mercenaries; we are looking for someone who deeply cares about our customers and their success. You should be passionate about understanding their needs, building lasting relationships, and ensuring they get the most value out of Conveo.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role. You won’t just execute a sales playbook; you’ll create it.
We’re looking for a VP of Sales to own revenue growth, build a scalable sales process, and lead our expansion into new markets. You will define strategy, close enterprise deals, and hire the team that will drive our next stage of growth.
This role requires full ownership of the sales cycle—from sourcing leads to closing deals. At this stage, you can't just be a manager; you need to be in the trenches with the founders, actively generating pipeline and executing deals end to end.
We already have strong inbound interest and are actively building our inbound marketing & growth teams. However, you are expected to source your own leads as well to maximize growth potential.
A strong network in market research or insights-driven industries is highly preferred. We need someone who not only understands the space but can immediately tap into existing relationships to drive traction.
You’ll have the opportunity to hire a small, elite team of SDRs and AEs from the start, but you’ll also need to prove your impact and earn yourself back.
The ultimate success metric? Revenue dominance. You will own sales targets, pipeline generation, and deal execution.
