Your responsibilities will include enrolling candidates, pre-screening, payroll, holiday tracking, and providing HR advice to employees. The Role
  • Manage and oversee all new starters and leavers, including inductions and payroll-related tasks.
  • Manage sensitive employee information with discretion, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
  • Support and contribute to HR-related projects, sharing insights and implementing solutions where possible.
  • Monitor the HR inbox and other communication channels, responding promptly and appropriately.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via Teams, phone, and email.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records.
  • Complete reference requests in line with GDPR compliance.
