HEADER:

This is an exciting opportunity to join JPMorgan. This role is a Jobshare (part-time hours shared by two people). If this flexibility suits you, this could be the role for you.

As a Payment Operations Governance Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for information ownership, project coordination, and overall governance support.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Build knowledge of systems, processes, and regulatory requirements to support operational needs and collaborate with internal partners.
  2. Identify, assess, manage, and report on the impact of business process and regulatory changes related to clients, products, and functions.
  3. Identify control weaknesses, escalate issues, and establish corrective actions, communicating updates effectively.
  4. Support internal and external audits.
  5. Manage daily information owner responsibilities, including RSAM approvals and system changes in Payment Operations.
  6. Serve as an escalation contact for information owner responsibilities.
  7. Design and implement robust approval and recertification processes within Payment Operations and share knowledge with the wider team.
