Job description

HEADER:

This is an exciting opportunity to join JPMorgan. This role is a Jobshare (part-time hours where 2 people share the responsibility of the role). If this flexibility suits you, this could be the role for you.

As a Payment Operations Governance Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for information ownership, project coordination, and overall governance assistance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build your knowledge of systems, processes, and regulatory requirements to support operational needs and collaborate with internal functional partners.
  • Identify, assess, manage, and report the impact of business process and regulatory changes for clients, products, processes, and functions.
  • Identify control weaknesses across processes, escalate accordingly, and establish corrective action plans. Communicate status and preventative change updates.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Handle daily information owner responsibilities, including RSAM approvals and system changes for Payment Operations.
  • Serve as an escalation contact for all information owner responsibilities.
  • Devise and implement a robust approval and recertification process for all approvals supported or required in Payment Operations, and share knowledge with the wider Payment Operations team.
