A local entertainment venue in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for a Guest Experience Host to provide a welcoming presence for guests. The role involves checking tickets, assisting with guest inquiries, and ensuring comfort during performances. Ideal candidates should have strong customer service skills and be available for casual hours, including evenings and weekends. This position is crucial for creating memorable experiences for every audience member.
Reports to – Head of Guest Experience
Hours – Casual hours across 7 days a week including evenings and weekends.
Salary – £12.21 per hour
As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll be the welcoming face of Tyne Theatre & Opera House helping create magical moments for every audience member.
