About the Role

As a PMLD Tutor, you ll be at the heart of something truly special designing and delivering personalised, multi-sensory learning experiences that empower learners with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) to thrive.

What You'll Do
  • Craft imaginative, engaging lesson plans tailored to each learner s unique developmental and communication needs

  • Bring EHCP outcomes to life through purposeful, achievable short-term targets

  • Champion alternative communication tools like PECS, Makaton, eye gaze, and switch technology

  • Lead nurturing AM and PM tutorial sessions, fostering a structured and safe environment

  • Keep clear, accurate records that celebrate progress and shape future learning

What We re Looking For
  • A Level 4 teaching qualification (or higher)

  • Confident communication in English and numeracy (Level 2+)
