Heat Haus are a central heating engineering company and are looking for a part/full time scheduler across Monday - Friday. The position is working from home once training is complete so must live in the Nottinghamshire/Lincolnshire area.

Salary is dependant on experience and can be discussed.

The role is quite varied and can be very fast paced during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone dealing with day to day enquiries in a professional manner.
• Speaking with customers to book their Annual Services and return visits.
• Re-directing engineers in cases of emergencies.
• Booking engineer visits on our bespoke software and liaising with engineers if needed.
• Dealing with enquires via email.
• Raising invoices, quotes and chasing payments.
• Keeping customer accounts up-to-date at all times across Sage and our Gas Engineer Software.
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure during busy periods.
• Organisational skills are a must.
• Ordering and chasing parts from merchants.
• Typing service renewal letters.
• Must be sympathetic to the customers needs.
• Manage the engineers diary logistically to achieve the optimum output of working hours.
• Ability to take on additional work if required.
