Job Opportunity: Full-Time Nursery Teacher - September Start | Accrington

Are you passionate about early years education? Do you thrive in a nurturing, child-centered environment? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to join our warm and welcoming team in Accrington, starting September 2025.

Location: Accrington
Position: Full-Time
Start Date: September 2025 (1 year contract)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications

As our Nursery Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons following the EYFS curriculum

  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

  • Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development

  • Work closely with parents, carers, and the wider team to ensure each child reaches their full potential

  • Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed and accurate records

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS/EYPS preferred

  • Experience working in an early years setting

  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A caring, patient, and creative approach to teaching

  • A supportive, friendly team and positive working environment
