Working alongside our current Chef, you'll report to our Kitchen Manager and support operations across our two commercial food properties:
Blists Hill offers a diverse food operation, including two cafés, a Victorian Bakery, a Victorian chip shop and a pub. You'll need to be versatile, working across all outlets and supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure consistently high food quality, presentation and standards.
The Furnace Kitchen is an exciting and unique venture for the National Trust. As we continue to develop and grow the kitchen operation, our core food offer focuses on high-quality brunch dishes and a distinctive pizza menu.
