Job Coach — Location: Primarily based with the Skipton County team, with flexibility to also work at Craven College. Salary: £22,932 - £23,259.60 per annum. Contract: Full time, Permanent. Hours: 35 hours per week. Job Coach, Supported Internship.

With over 25 years experience, Right2Work aim is to support people to move into employment or further learning/training. In a variety of settings, we provide our learners with tailor made guidance to realise their individual potential.
This role will be primarily based within our County provision, where learners are referred through North Yorkshire County. However, flexibility is key; we would also expect the Job Coach to work across both of our teams in Skipton, North Yorkshire, and provide support to learners on the Craven College Supported Internship programme. For this reason, a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. This is a unique and rewarding role with plenty of variety; no two days are the same as you’ll be working across a wide range of host employment and learning settings.

You must be passionate, committed and share our values about employment opportunities for disabled and disadvantaged people. You must be flexible and willing to travel across North Yorkshire.
An Enhanced DBS will be required for each successful candidate (Paid for by Right2work, T&Cs apply).
You must hold a Full Driving license and use of a vehicle for work and will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check (Paid for by Right2work, T&Cs apply).
