Salary: £30,840 - £34,259
37 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract – until 31.07.25

About the Role

Are you passionate about empowering young people with additional learning needs and/or disabilities to thrive in the workplace? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Job Coach to support Independent Living Skills (ILS) students who are participating in enhanced work experience placements or enrolled in our Pathway 4 Supported Internship programme.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support students in developing independent living and employment skills.
  2. Assist students in engaging with work experience placements and internships.
  3. Collaborate with college staff and external partners to enhance student support.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities or similar backgrounds.
  2. Basic proficiency in Welsh or willingness to undertake training.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information

The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable. Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated less favourably than applications submitted in English.
