Job Title: Job Coach - Adults
Location: Lowestoft
Hours: Full time - 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term to 31/03/2026
Salary: Band H - £27,336.00 to £29,835.00 FTE (dependent on qualifications and experience)

The amazing Projects Team here at East Coast College is looking for a Job Coach to support adults in engaging with education, tackling training, and embarking on employment.

You will join a supportive team environment committed to providing the best experience for young people and adults. As a Job Coach, you will support individuals with barriers to successful progression to develop their employment or training plans, offering access to the college’s network of employers, training programmes, other education providers, apprenticeships, and facilitating access to education, employment, or training (EET) outcomes.

Key requirements for the role:
  1. Access to personal transport – travel between campuses and within the community
  2. Coaching/mentoring – Inspire and train
  3. Networking – Build links with providers and support agencies
  4. IT literate – Engagement, skills development
