We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Job Coach to join a vibrant team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals and reach their full potential in the workplace. Starting in September 2025.

Duties as a Job Coach:

1. Provide personalised coaching, guidance, and mentoring to clients seeking employment.

2. Support clients with CV writing, job applications, interview preparation, and job searching.

3. Build strong relationships with local employers and organisations to identify suitable job opportunities.

4. Offer in-work support to ensure clients settle successfully into their new roles.

5. Maintain accurate records of client progress and produce regular reports.

6. Work collaboratively with other staff and external agencies to ensure holistic support.

Ideal Job Coach:

1. Previous experience in employability support, career coaching, recruitment, or a similar role.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.

4. A positive, motivational approach and a genuine desire to help people succeed.

5. Knowledge of the local labour market and employment support services is desirable.
