Job Coach
£25,657 pro rata, per annum
Blackburn College's supported internship and pre-supported internship programme assist young people aged 16-24 with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in finding employment. This role involves working alongside a Job Coach who gradually decreases the level of support provided to the client.
Experience working with learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, demonstrating the skills required to work in a support environment. Excellent communication skills, a flexible approach, and a willingness to work outside of normal hours are essential.
