We are looking for Supported Internship Job Coach to join our Prep for Life Team. This is a 35 hours per week, full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £23,957 to £25,406 (pro rata) per annum.

In this role, you’ll work directly with students in workplace settings, building strong relationships with employers to create meaningful employment opportunities. You’ll provide tailored, high-quality support to learners with disabilities and other barriers, helping them to access, thrive in, and sustain work experiences that lead to greater independence and long-term paid employment. Through Supported Internship Programmes, Pre-Internship Programmes, and Work Experience, you’ll play a key role in developing learners’ confidence, skills, and readiness for the world of work—making a lasting impact on their futures.
This role will require the ability to travel between the College and students’ placements.
