Corporate Sales Coordinator
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
- Assist in the growth and development of the B2B Corporate Sales channel
- Assist Corporate Sales Assistant Manager in overall delivery of Corporate B2B strategy sales targets
- Fulfil sales and service objectives
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Assist in the growth and development of the B2B Corporate Sales channel
- Assist OMNI-Channel B2B Corporate Sales Assistant Manager in achieving B2B Corporate Sales target
- Fulfil sales and service objectives
- Support the client database through independent prospecting, client presentations and high touch service to retail existing clients
- Sole responsibility for bi-annual corporate brochure working alongside Global brand
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Sales and Service
- Support OMNI-Channel B2B Corporate Sales Manager in achieving department B2B sales target
- Full analysis of B2B client base and sales achievement in line with total brand review. Quarterly adjustments to client tiering based on revenue achieved.
- Responsible for in-person brand inductions for all new prospective clients followed by personalised brand presentation based on their business needs.
- Actively recruit new clients through LinkedIn, email marketing and Networking events
- Respond to and follow up all sales enquiries and meetings using appropriate methods, documenting action points, in a timely manner
- Work with clients on all bespoke B2B requests ensuring personalisation, packaging and contents are delivered to their requirements.
- Network effectively, building brand and client relationships
- Support with 80% of in-person London events which may be held out of working hours. Responsible for arrangements of catering, security and working closely with store teams to arrange cover
- Support in ensuring Corporate Sales service is understood and supported by ROMs, Education and boutiques to ensure efficient working relationships
- GM and Legal approval for all discount tiers and legal documents required
- Pilot ways of working across operations and transport to ensure optimal service levels, particularly through peak periods
Administration
- Ensure accurate administration is submitted within deadlines
- Manage the Corporate client database effectively and efficiently. Assistance with reporting and analytics of data. Use of Google Analytics & sales reporting systems.
- Responsible for gift seeding during peak periods for all Tier 1 & Tier 2 clients
- Ensure understanding and compliance with stock management to aid fulfilment of Corporate orders
- Support the production of presentations on sales performance, opportunities, split of business etc. when required
- Computer literate. Previous experience with data using Excel is preferable.
TEAM PARTICIPATION:
- Act as a Jo Malone London ambassador, maintaining and developing personal, team and brand image and reputation
- Research, attend and present at external client meetings and events, aiding business development
- Integrate department’s sales efforts with other organised brand activities e.g., in line with marketing calendar, events etc
- Participate in the execution of boutique and external events
- Participate in internal meetings and events when required
- Present sales figures and B2B updates in quarterly reviews alongside Corporate Sales Manager
- Attend personal and professional development training

Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience of delivering high levels of customer service and/or building client relationships.
