Jo Malone London – Christmas Stylist Temporary Roles

Locations: Multiple nationwide

Contract: Temporary | Part-time & full-time shifts available

Availability: Flexible across the 6 weeks leading up to Christmas

Jo Malone London is a celebrated British fragrance house known for its elegantly simple scents with unexpected twists. From iconic colognes to luxurious bath, body and home products, each item tells a unique story. We want you to help share that story with our customers.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with warm, tailored recommendations and building rapport.
• Help customers find the perfect gift or signature scent, sharing your knowledge of our products.
• Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our Peak Trading period.
• Collaborate with your team to make every customer experience memorable.
• Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and back-of-house organisation.

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

• Passionate and enthusiastic about Jo Malone London and creating memorable experiences.
• Great communicator who can positively engage with our customers.
• Flexible to work across the peak six weeks in the lead up to Christmas.
• Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is desirable.
• While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
