We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Boutique Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. You will have full accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leading a high-performing team.

From signature Hand and Arm massages to hosting wedding consultations, floral crowns, graffiti art, chocolate tastings, and cocktail master classes, our services and events are highly regarded. As Boutique Manager, you'll elevate these in-store events and ensure their success. You will also oversee the store's smooth operation and align your team with the Boutique and Brand vision. Coaching and inspiring your team to exceed their KPIs, as well as your own, is essential.
