You will have:

• Proven retail experience at Supervisor level or higher, preferably within beauty
• The ability to provide authentic, personalized customer service
• Experience in creating and executing in-store events
• Experience coaching and mentoring others
• A drive to meet sales and service targets
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
• Flexible availability across days/hours
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proof of right to work in the country
