The Role:

They are looking for a highly motivated (Jr-Mid) Designer who will be responsible for designing visually striking and compelling marketing content, including email, static ads, and landing pages. You will be a self-starter with a passion for visual design, staying up-to-date with current design trends, and using customer insights to create effective email campaigns.

You will be a key brand guardian, supporting the Design Lead in rolling out and refining the email design system, working closely with the Marketing team. You will own your projects from start to finish and collaborate with copywriters and stakeholders to develop briefs and bring fresh ideas.

What success looks like in your first 6 months:

• Delivered visually compelling emails that increased engagement
• Supported the email design system rollout
• Contributed to landing page design strategies with the product design team
• Helped evolve the creative output across marketing channels
• Supported the Marketing team with new assets and refined email templates

You have:

• Experience designing with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Hunger and excitement to learn and experiment
• Experience ideating and presenting new creative concepts
• An interest in using data to inform design decisions
• Knowledge of current design trends
• Experience working in-house or at an agency
