Base pay range

We are seeking a talented Jnr IT Business Analyst to join a rapidly growing SaaS company based in the UK. This organisation collaborates with leading pharmaceutical brands worldwide, positioning them at the forefront of industry innovation.

This pivotal role serves as a bridge between client requirements and software development, offering an exciting opportunity for professional growth.

Minimum Requirements

• At Least 1yr Commercial BA Experience ideally within a SaaS Company (essential)
• IT Skills: Highly IT literate and able to learn new digital skills quickly. The successful candidate will be working with internally developed software.
• Excellence interpersonal skills: Able to communicate effectively, persuasively and professionally with both internal and external customers.
• Project & Program management: Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities with agility, set appropriate expectations and deliver complex projects on time.
• Data analytics: An aptitude for seeking higher value of insight from complex data sources and presenting this in the most compelling way.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support their development across the product lifecycle. Activities include, but are not limited to;
• Product acceptance testing
• Accurately document new product requests and track priority developments through agile development methodologies and internal digital Kanban system.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients to develop advocacy and strong, lasting partnerships.
