Job summary

PDR Solutions Ltd. seeks a CNC Machine Shop Operative to join a precision manufacturing team. You will operate CNC turning and milling equipment, read engineering drawings, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.

Working in a fast-paced aerospace-focused workshop, you will handle measuring instruments, maintain equipment, and uphold health and safety guidelines while contributing to continuous improvement.

Have you worked with CNC machines in a workshop environment?

My client, an industry leading aerospace engineering firm are currently seeking a CNC Machine Shop Operative to join their manufacturing team.

As a CNC Machine Shop Operative, you will work with a team producing precision-engineered components to exact specifications and strict quality standards using CNC turning, CNC Milling, manual turning, manual milling and drilling processes.

As a CNC Machine Shop Operative, you will:

• Operate and maintain CNC machines used in the production of components and products
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure components meet required tolerances
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

The successful CNC Machine Shop Operative will have:

• Experience of using CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Shift pattern

Monday - Thursday 6.00pm - 6.00am

training will be on day 6.00am -4.30 knock off early friday
