We are seeking a skilled and motivatedPlanning & Technical Services Managerto support our fast-growing operation atOxford Airport.
Your Role at JMI:
Manage themaintenance planning functionand ensure the efficient flow of work packages from customer requests through to maintenance execution and record closure
Create and issue accurate work instructions to maintenance teams for cost-effective and timely completion
Overseetechnical services, with potential to take on CAM responsibilities for the right candidate
Ensure all records and documentation meet internal and regulatory standards
Support the Maintenance Manager in delivering a structured, efficient and regulation-compliant operation
What You’ll Need:
Formal technical trainingwith at least5 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
Previous experience inmaintenance planning or technical services(essential)
Sound understanding ofMSG-3 logic, aircraft maintenance programmes, and regulatory compliance
Strong commercial awareness and ability to assess the operational impact of maintenance decisions
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Eye for detail in reviewing technical data and documentation
Proficiency inCentrik,Microsoft Excel/Word, andOutlook
