A leading defense and aerospace company is seeking a Jira/Confluence Developer to design workflows and manage the Atlassian toolset in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert and providing data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a STEM background and extensive experience with the Atlassian suite.

Salary: £47,683+ Depending of skills and experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Atlassian Configuration team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and optimising how we work. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally across the organisation—partnering with teams in Finance, Export Control, and beyond—giving you exceptional visibility and exposure across the business.
You’ll be joining a high-performing team of Architects, Project Managers, and Analysts who are passionate about driving best practice and continuous improvement. A key part of your role will be your ability to create clear documentation and engaging training materials, ensuring smooth adoption of changes and supporting effective change management.
Working closely with the Atlassian System Design Authority (SDA), you’ll have the opportunity to recommend best practices, implement innovative solutions, and deliver improvements that increase efficiency across the entire business lifecycle.
