We're looking for a Jig and Fixture Design Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be at the heart of product development, working closely with designers and engineers to create jigs, fixtures, and stillages that bring bold ideas to life - right the first time.

Responsibilities
  • Design production-ready jigs, fixtures, and stillages for new product launches
  • Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Create 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings (DfM)
  • Be the go-to contact for jig and fixture queries across multiple sites
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D CAD and technical drawing creation
  • Experience in fabrication, welding, and Poke-Yoke design
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
  • A “can-do” attitude and great communication across teams
  • Experience designing for manufacture in a production environment
