Job Title: Asset Maintenance Engineer/Manager

About the role:
We are looking for an Asset Maintenance Engineer / Manager who will be responsible for all proactive and reactive maintenance for site assets within the company.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance.
• Responding to emergencies and diagnosing faults.
• Supervising contractors, and engineering and technical staff.
• Ordering specialist components, fixtures, or fittings.
• Creating maintenance procedures.
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
• Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
• Maintaining all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
• Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
• Ensuring maintenance procedures comply with plant safety regulations.
• Maintaining inventories of maintenance material, supplies, and repair parts at required levels by initiating requisitions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Formal engineering qualification to at least Level 3.
• Strong knowledge of engineering methodologies and tools.
• IOSH certified.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Hours: 0715 – 1630 Monday to Thursday, 0715 – 1215 Friday
