Hours / Duration: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a Jewellery Designer (Fashion and Fine) to join our design team. This role involves developing our fashion and fine jewellery ranges from concept to production, across all jewellery categories within Accessorize.

Our design team is central to our business, creating mood, color palettes, prints, and key pieces for our collections. They work closely with the buying team to develop seasonal product ranges, balancing fashion and commerciality, while staying abreast of global trends relevant to our customers.

You will be…

• Creating macro trends, brand vision, and forecasting
• Designing trend collections for Accessorize, including 'Z for Zara Simon' & 'Sterling Silver'
• Managing multiple collections simultaneously
• Having extensive knowledge of jewellery materials and constructions
• Bringing creativity, attention to detail, and efficiency
• Collaborating with the buying team to deliver exceptional ranges
• Identifying departmental design needs and fostering innovation
• Reacting to sales data to update best sellers and introduce new products
• Creating detailed supplier tech packs and briefing with buyers
• Managing critical deadlines and ensuring timely product development
• Willingness to travel globally for supplier visits and sourcing

We’d love to meet someone with…

• Passion and creativity
• At least 6 years of relevant jewellery design experience
• Fashion-forward thinking and trend awareness
• Strong commercial skills and understanding of the Accessorize market
• Experience across multi-category jewellery collections
• Technical skills: CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, drawing, making
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
