Job Description:

MARLI New York is a fine jewelry brand created on the principles of timeless presence and individuality since 2014.

MARLI New York is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our boutique team at Harrods, London.

This is a part-time, fixed-term position (16 hours per week), and the successful candidate must be available to work through the end of January.

You’ll be joining a small but highly successful and driven team within our UK division, passionate about delivering excellence in every client interaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Build meaningful client relationships through outstanding service and 1-to-1 appointments.
  • Drive sales while embodying the elegance of the MARLI New York brand.
  • Maintain high visual and operational standards on the sales floor.
  • Collaborate with team members to create an inviting, high-energy shopping experience.
  • Uphold the MARLI New York brand identity and culture.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of luxury retail experience (Fine Jewelry experience is a plus).
  • A luxury client book and experience with 1:1 client appointments.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and KPIs in luxury retail.
  • Strong communication skills (fluent), team-centric mindset, and a proactive, positive, professional attitude.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing the business.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts (until 21:00).
  • Availability from June to January.
  • A commitment to operational excellence and dynamic performance.
  • Arabic speakers are a bonus but not essential.
  • Currently living in or near London with right to work documents and N.I. number.
