Jewellery Assessment Coordinator

We have our own handmade workshop in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, offering a wide range of unique jewellery, bespoke designs, and certified, conflict-free diamonds.

The Role

Seeking a Jewellery Assessment Coordinator to join our Birmingham operations team. Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing product issues and working with workshop teams
  • Tracking and issuing repairs
  • Coordinating stock transfers with regional offices
  • Sourcing stones and findings for urgent orders
  • Overseeing workshop repair costs
  • Providing customer service
  • Booking returns and repairs
  • Sending products for hallmarking
  • Preparing office collections and appointments
  • Conducting regular stock checks
What We're Looking For
  • Strong knowledge of jewellery (metals, settings, tolerances)
  • Product assessment experience
  • Customer service or workshop experience
  • Excellent communication skills over phone and email
