As a Jetting Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving drainage systems, ensuring the efficient operation of essential services for our communities.
What you will be doing:
Operating high-pressure water jetting equipment to clear blockages and maintain drainage systems.
Conducting CCTV surveys to assess drainage conditions and identify issues.
Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and planned maintenance schedules.
Liaising with clients and internal teams to report findings and recommend solutions.
Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Performing routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment.
What you will bring:
Desirable Qualifications & Professional Memberships:
Valid driving licence.
High-pressure water jetting certification.
Confined space entry certification.
Desirable Knowledge & Experience:
Experience in drainage maintenance and jetting operations.
Familiarity with CCTV drainage survey equipment and software.
Knowledge of health and safety practices in utility operations.
Skills & Personal Qualities:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
