Job summary

Alter Domus in Jersey seeks a seasoned Head of Corporate Governance Services to lead the Jersey CoSec team, delivering high-quality company secretarial services across complex fund and corporate structures. You will report to the Global Head of CoSec and drive governance, client relationships, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant degree and/or professional qualification (ICSA/CGI or equivalent).
• Have extensive experience managing corporate and fund structures with strong CoSec knowledge and Jersey law awareness.
• Demonstrated leadership of teams, performance management and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Jersey CoSec team, including remote colleagues, ensuring resources and coverage to deliver high-quality services.
• Oversee timely delivery of CoSec services, board support, and statutory filings while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development in Jersey.
• Collaborate with global CoSec function to align Jersey with standards and strategic direction.
