Job summary

JD.COM in London is seeking an HR leader to drive people strategy across the business unit, shaping performance, culture and employee experience.

You will partner with leadership to analyze people data, design programs, and oversee HR operations including performance reviews, rewards, and recognition, ensuring effective people practices across the BU.

Strong communication, influencing skills, and a strategic mindset are essential to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive retention.

Responsibilities

• Have a pulse of the business unit and constantly think about how to improve its effectiveness by looking at teams, structure, and processes.
• Work closely with leadership and teams to improve work relationships, build morale/culture and increase productivity and retention.
• Review and analyze people-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
• Interpret and present data & analytics in a way that provides meaningful insight to the business.
• Offer HR policy guidance and advise, ensuring seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the BU.
• Administer org-wide programs like performance reviews, rewards and recognition.
• Take active part in the design of the HR Strategic Business Plan and manage the execution of the plan.
• Create annual engagement program with extended reach to members’ families, Alumni, etc.
• Effectively manage HR Operations activities like MIS, reports, payroll inputs, etc.
• Keep updated with the best HR practices across the industry and create thought leadership in the HR space by implementing innovative programs.
