About your new company

About your new role

A brand new role has been created to support the JD Edwards modules amongst other business critical systems. You will play a pivotal role and be the Support Analyst for JDE. Working closely with business managers and users to better understand the requirements of the business, you will ensure that all systems are running optimally.

Some of the key tasks will include:

  1. Monitor, analyse and support JDE environment
  2. Assist with activities such as unlocking batch, menu control and user access
  3. Provide level 1 – 2 JDE support to internal company wide
  4. Troubleshooting, resolving application and database issues
  5. Accurate and timely maintenance of tickets
  6. Review of JDE reports

About you
  1. Experience in providing general support to users of JD Edwards
  2. Interpersonally, you are a proactive communicator who enjoys working as part of a team. You are self motivated and thrive in a fast paced and exciting work environment
  3. Is a team player and has a “can do” attitude
