We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as JDE Application Support Analyst (hybrid/remote)
The IT function is responsible for the provision, development and support of IT infrastructure based on a workload centric strategy, to provide excellence in Information Technology solutions and services that will facilitate the vision, objectives and goals of Incora.
The JDE Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne applications within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of JDE modules and business processes, ensuring that applications are operating efficiently and addressing any technical issues or system improvements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with users to troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and assist in system updates or enhancements.
