• Logistics Centres: Optimize sorting and routing processes, manage throughput efficiency, and coordinate global transportation teams to meet delivery timelines and minimize errors.
• Delivery Stations: Drive last-mile logistics operations, supervise station staff, manage delivery route planning, and ensure on-time, high-quality service to B2B and B2C customers.
• Transportation Planning: Balance efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience while designing and executing cost-effective transportation strategies, fleet scheduling, carrier negotiation, and route optimization networks.
