Key Responsibilities

1. Build & Lead Talent: Recruit, develop, and retain top JDE consultants aligned with our core values.
2. Drive Delivery Success: Oversee governance, risk management, and quality assurance across projects, stepping in where needed to ensure timely and quality delivery.
3. Optimize Resource Utilization: Ensure high chargeability and utilization within the JDE practice.
4. Champion Innovation: Integrate AI, automation, UDOs, and modern practices into delivery processes to enhance outcomes.
5. Develop People: Foster a motivated, inclusive team with opportunities for upskilling and career growth.
6. Retain Top Talent: Identify high performers, support their development, and create rotation opportunities.
7. Support Sales & Growth: Contribute to bids, solution design, estimations, and proposals.
8. Lead Thought Leadership: Share expertise via blogs, white papers, and industry speaking engagements.
9. Continuously Improve: Measure and implement improvements in delivery, processes, people, and technology.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive JD Edwards ERP expertise with proven implementation, upgrade, and optimization experience.
• Strong ERP program/project management background.
• Ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen with experience in bids, pre-sales, and estimations.
• JD Edwards EnterpriseOne certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work within our hybrid model.
